Return Policy

We accept returns purchased directly from within 5 business days from the date it was delivered however, the product(s) must be new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging along with any accessories provided. Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at If the return request has been approved, you will need to ship the product(s) to the facility stated in the email. It is your responsibility to print the shipping label and pay any applicable shipping fees, taxes and duties associated with returning the product to our facility in Canada.

All returns must be approved. Any unapproved returns, will not be processed, and will not be reshipped to the purchaser.

We do not process returns purchased outside of The return policy stated here is only applicable to products purchased from this website. Please contact the seller you have purchased from if you have any queries as our policies do not extend to other sellers of Focal Visors™ products.
